I am an independent engineering consultant based in the North-East of England, with over 20 year's experience as a Technical Leader and Mechanical Design Engineer.
I have worked for world leading companies and their international clients, leading teams and delivering engineering scopes and mission critical equipment into high hazard industries.

My clients work in highly regulated sectors where hazardous operations in dynamic environments are executed every day. Operations are critical, safety is paramount, and perfect information is rarely available.
I have found that with an open and forthright attitude to risk, a welcoming of challenge and a readiness to make decisions, clients can make lasting and timely progress through complex problems.
A constant that holds true across all the industries and projects I have been involved in is that early investment in defining requirements is the difference between efficient delivery and costly re-work.
